Hey Ca--I just found your blog and you have made me laugh this morning!!! I just read all your posts and your rants just crack me up. I'm sorry you have to live in Satan's Pants, USA but it sure makes for funny reading. I am also a huge Office fan. My favorite quote from two weeks ago was, "Hey, Oscar Meyer Weiner Lover." Sooo funny! I didn't get to watch last week, Ollie and I tried to watch online last night and it wasn't working, maybe tonight. I am also an American Idol fan. I'm embarassed to tell you that my kids absolute favorite was Kristy Lee Hooker (love that nickname). I didn't like her at all but couldn't convince them otherwise. I was a huge fan of Michael Johns too. I can't believe he got voted off. I bet hell still get a record deal. AND--you are so not a bad mom! The playing with knives should probably stop but other than that you sound like a fun mom. Your post about me getting fruit flies was too funny. That is called a "lost her mind homeschool mom." I wish you lived here, you would be good for me. I'm surrounded by moms who never yell at their kids, keep perfect houses--actually have taught their children to keep their house perfect and cook dinner, never feed their kids sugar or anything with high fructose corn syrup, don't own a tv, you get the picture. I have to regularly remind myself that this is not the norm and not compare myself to them. Your blog will be good reading for me! Sorry for the long comment, I just have a lot to say!!!
